Job Summary

Danvas Property is recruiting an Assistant Valuer to support professional property valuation and real estate agency operations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role is suitable for a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Land Management and Valuation and at least six (6) months of practical experience in valuation practice, real estate agency services, and digital marketing for property-related activities. Candidates with PRV registration or eligibility will have an added advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out property valuation for residential, commercial, and industrial properties

• Support preparation of valuation reports for sales, rental assessment, mortgage, insurance, and investment purposes

• Conduct property inspections, market surveys, data collection, and valuation analysis

• Assist in real estate agency services including property listing, client coordination, site visits, and negotiations

• Support digital marketing activities including online property listings, social media promotion, and website content updates

• Maintain accurate valuation records, property databases, and client files

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervising Valuer or management

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Land Management and Valuation from a recognized institution

• Minimum of six (6) months practical experience in property valuation

• Experience working in a real estate agency environment

• Experience or working knowledge of digital marketing for real estate or property services

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic property or valuation software

• Ability to work independently and within a professional team

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Good client handling and professional conduct

Added Advantage

• Registration with the Property Valuers Registration Board (PRV) or eligibility for registration

Remuneration and Benefits

• Basic monthly salary of TZS 300,000

• Additional allowances based on work output, performance, and completed assignments
